Carmex

Carmex ist wohl der bekannteste von den fünf Lippenpflegen und ich muss sagen, ich bin schon lange ein großer Fan von den Produkten. Die relativ feste Masse lässt sich einfach auf dem Tiegel entnehmen und gut auf die Lippen auftragen. Nach der Anwendung hinterlässt Carmex einen kühlenden Film auf den Lippen, welcher aber im Vergleich ziemlich schnell einzieht. Das ist auch der Grund, weshalb ich diese Lippenpflege am liebsten unter meinen Lippenstiften trage. Für jemanden wie mich, der sehr trockene Lippen hat, ist eine Pflege unter der Farbe ein muss, jedoch stört jegliche Form von Lippenpflege, wenn sie bedeutet, dass der Lippenstift danach auf den Lippen verrutscht und nicht wie gewünscht haftet.

I've been a fan for quit a long time now and for me there is nothing I could really complain about. 
The texture of the balm is relatively solid, which makes it easy to use even if you buy the product in the pan- and not in the tube-form.  
If you have dry lips like me, you want to make sure, that you use a lip care product underneath your Lipstick and for me there is no better one, than Carmex. 
It absorbs quickly, and won't leave you with a smudging lipstick above. 

Kaufmann's Haut- und Kinder-Creme

 Kaufmann's Haut- und Kinder-Creme ist in erster Linie eine Creme, die für die anspruchsvolle Haut von Babys entwickelt wurde. Ähnlich wie z.B. Penaten ist es eine dicke, weiße Creme, die sich wie eine Art Schutzbarriere auf die Haut legt und diese vor Wind und Wetter schützt.
All diese Attribute machen sie für mich zu einer perfekten Lippenpflege.
Ich trage die Creme besonders gerne auf, wenn ich danach keinen Lippenstift o.ä. verwenden möchte, da sie relativ lange auf den Lippen bleibt, ohne einzuziehen.
Für mich persönlich ist auch die helle Farbe ein Plus Punkt, da er die eigene Lippenfarbe etwas auswäscht. (Ich bin ein Fan von hellen/nude-farbenen Lippen ;) )

Kaufmann's Haut- und Kinder-Creme is principally a sore- and protection-creme for the demanding skin of babies. It is a very thick creme, which lays over your skin like a protection barrier. 
That's why I like to use it, especially on days where I don't want to wear any Lip-Color above. 
I would give this creme an extra point, because of it's light color, which washes out my naturally relatively red lip color (I'm a huge fan of pale lips ;) )

Lucas' Papaw Ointment

Lucas' Papaw Ointment ist eine australische Creme, die man dort aus vergorenen Früchten herstellt. Das ganze hört sich schlimmer an als es ist, jedoch muss man sagen, dass der Geruch auf jeden Fall Geschmackssache ist. Auf der Verpackung heißt es: 

A local topical application for boils, bums, chafing, cuts, cracked skin, gravel rash, splinters, open wounds, insect bites and nappy rash.

The Creme pflegt meine Lippen wunderbar und auch sonst ist sie ein echter Alleskönner! 

Lucas' Papaw Ointment is an australien creme, which is made of fermented fruit, which smells very awkward. But in the end it's the effect, which is important.

The tube says:

A local topical application for boils, bums, chafing, cuts, cracked skin, gravel rash, splinters, open wounds, insect bites and nappy rash. 

The ointment helps to relive and cleanse

For me there is no other creme with such an good and fast healing effect, even if I have the worst cracked Lips you can imagine.

The Body Shop - Aloe Lip Care

Die The Body Shop - Aloe Lip Care ist ein super effektives Produkt. Je nachdem, wie trocken und kaputt meine Lippen sind, stelle ich einen immer größeren Effekt fest. Besonders an kalten Tagen, an denen die Lippen trocken und spröde sind, ist diese Pflege eine wahre Wunderwaffe. 

Man trägt die Creme auf und nach einigen Minuten fängt sich die Haut auf den Lippen an zu schälen. 

(Ähnlich wie eine Schlange, die ihre Haut verliert) Das hört sich im ersten Moment sehr unschön an, allerdings ist das Ergebnis dafür umso schöner. 

Perfekt ist dieses Produkt, wenn man einen besonderen Anlass hat und die 

"Rettung in letzter Sekunde" benötigt. 

The aloe Lip-Care from the Body Shop is a very effective product. I'll use this Lip-Balm on my very chappy-Lip-days. After the application you'll have to wait some minutes and then you'll feel the dry skin peeling of your lips. 

That might sound strange and a bit nasty but in the end you'll have the softest lips. 

I recommend this product especially on days you might have an special occasion and you need a rescue at the last second.

Nuxe - Reve de Miel Baume Levres

Der Reve de Miel Lip Balm ist mein abendlicher Begleiter, ohne den ich nicht mehr schlafen gehe. Ich trage die Paste dick auf meine Lippen auf und wache morgens mit 'Baby-Po-weichen-Lippen' auf. 

Von allen Lippenpflegen ist er definitiv mein Liebling. Ich bin begeistert vom Ergebnis und kann (bis jetzt) keinen Tag ohne ihn sein. Einziger Minuspunkt ist für mich, dass im Balm kleine Körnchen sind und ich das Gefühl auf den Lippen für tagsüber nicht mag. 

The Reve de Miel Lip Balm is part of my daily bed time routine for quit a long time now. 

I give a good amount on my lips when I go to sleep and I wake up with butter soft lips. 

This one is definitely my favorite and I don't wanna miss it in my daily routine. Only downside is the consistence, which includes some granule, which I personally find annoying.
